Product Characteristics

Traditional Anari cheese is produced from the remaining whey that drains off during halloumi cheese production. After its collection, it is then placed in strainers that allow further drainage and shaped in moulds. Anari is a low fat cheese and in its dry form is widely used as grated on any pasta dish.
